Quantity

The current turnaround for the above product is 6-8 weeks (from the next working day after your order is placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.
Once an order for a 3D Layered Arabic name is placed, you shall receive design concept(s) in due course. This is usually within 14-21 working days, please note this is not a guarantee and your order will be complete within the lead times stated above.

In order to receive your order within the lead times stated we require you to respond to any correspondence from us within 72 hours of us sending you a message. If a response is received after this timeframe this could cause a delay on your order and we cannot be held responsible for this. Any contact shall be via email, please keep an eye on your junk folder just in case the email ends up there.

The colours on the concept will not be the final colours used on your order, they will be to use as a guide to represent the different 3D Layers. The colours you have chosen will be used on your order.
